I will be cycling 60km on 4 September 2021 as part of HFW's team at the Graig100 Bike Ride (https://www.graig.com/100), to raise funds for the Velindre Cancer Centre.

The Velindre Cancer Centre (https://www.velindrefundraising.com/) provides specialist treatment and care support to cancer patients in Cardiff, Wales. My brother, David, was treated at Velindre in 2010 - the staff were hard working and professional and the centre deserves all the help they can get for the service they provide.
