5 years ago in April 2012,  our family lost my dad to heart attack.  At 5 am on the 23 April I commenced CPR on him.   Unfortunately the hospital was unable to save him.

Since that day we have missed him and still do. But today I stand strong and want to make a difference, by raising money for the British heart foundation in hope that they can train more people in CPR to save a life and also develop more research to be able to keep hearts beating.
