Tough Mudder London West · 26 April 2014 to 27 April 2014 ·

Our focus is on Africa's orphans and most vulnerable children. Every day our mobile clinic saves young lives and eases suffering by taking medicines to children who live in in remote areas. We provide antiretroviral therapy to children with AIDS and deliver public health education to communities.

Story

"Tough Mudder is a series of hardcore 10-12 mile obstacle race - mud run events designed by British Special Forces to challenge the toughest of the tough."

There are 8 of us in our team all from LBG and as a team  we will be crawling under barbed wire, jumping through fire, swimming in ice lakes, getting electrocuted with 10,000 volts plus many more things just as lovely all of this over a twelve mile assualt course!

So why am I doing this event?

That is a good question, and one that I ask myself every time that I am training for this event.

However the true answer is that I am doing this for a great cause and hoping to raise some money for the World Medical Fund.
WMF are a charity that truly makes a difference to people's lives, and any contribution you can make will help, so please stop what you're doing, go and find your credit card and make a donation!

Kind regards,
Dan
