One of my best mates' Mum sadly passed away after a long battle with cancer. Jonny is doing something amazing (and crazy) by completing 7 challenges over the course of 8 months www.the7challenges.com

These challenges include, stand-up comedy at The Frog and Bucket, a Sky Dive, Tough Mudder, Coast to Coast 165 mile bike ride from Southport to Hull, The 3 Peaks in 24 hours, a Half Marathon and a full Marathon.

We're all supporting him in his fantastic (and crazy) challenges and I'm doing 4 of the 7 challenges. The training has been hard and painful but every time I put those shorts and trainers on I think of the money I'm going to raise and it drives me on!

Please give anything you can for this amazing charity, the work they do is unbelievable and without fundraising they simply couldn't give people the treatment they do. We've all been touched by cancer in some way or another, let's beat Cancer!
