Over the covid lock down like many of us I put on a few stone extra. Since April this year, I have been trying to lose it by taking up running. I set myself the goal of improving my physical fitness and completing the great south run in October. 

I want to raise some money for Cats Protection Gosport along the way. People that know me will already know I am a cat person and in December 2018 adopted my Misty from Cats Protection Gosport. Cats Protection are an incredible organisation working hard to create a world where cats are treated with Kindness.
