On the 3rd of February my partner went into early labour at 22 weeks. She gave birth to our little girl Frankie-Mai after 15 hours in labour. We had an hour with our daughter before she passed away. 

The aftercare we received from the bereavement team at good hope hospital was superb and we was given lots of keepsakes that were all supplied by the lily Mae foundation. The lily Mae foundation supply these keeps sakes to all local hospitals and is charity funded.
