Life should be a challenge and at Shelter they are trying to do things differently to end the home emergency.  

I can only currently do about 10 push-ups but will put myself through a bit of pain.  This pain is nothing compared to the number of children that are homeless right now in the UK and the thousands of people trying to get by without a safe place to call home.  You can help to bring the end of homelessness closer by donating!
