Story

I'm taking on 60 Hours of Gaming in November for Campaign Against Living Miserably (CALM).

For those who know me, I am an avid gamer, so would probably be playing 60 hours in November anyway...so to add a bit of spice to challenge, I am going to be playing the Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild and trying to collect as many Korok seeds within those 60 hours as possible. There are 900 Korok seeds in the game, so have made my target £900.

As the charity is CALM, I will be approaching this with a least stressful attitude as possible in that I will do my best to get all the Korok seeds, but I'm not sure it is possible within 60 hours, so let's just have fun with it!

CALM exists to support everyone through the messy, beautiful reality of being human. We make suicide prevention part of people’s daily lives. From our life-saving helpline, through to our practical tips, advice and resources - all our tools are designed to help you look after yourself and the people you care about.

Something we say a lot at CALM is that stopping suicide starts with all of us - one act at a time. No matter how big or small.

And by taking on Game 60 Hours in November, I'm playing my part in uniting against suicide.

Every £12.20 I raise could pay for a life-saving call to CALM's suicide prevention helpline. Helping more people to see a way forward.

Thank you for joining me in uniting against suicide.
