We have supported the Tree of Hope Childrens Charity for years at work, and after reading the inspirational stories of the children this charity has helped, I really wanted to get involved.

Those of you who know me will know I have always struggled with my weight since I was a kid. Well now I am doing something about it. I have joined Slimming world (a seriously amazing way to live healthily) and have decided to do a sponsored slim for this wonderful charity. Absolutely any amount you can kindly donate is appreciated. I will post the link below to their website so that you can read about some of the children who lead fuller and happier lives from this charity's help.

So, 4 stone (at least!) to go! I'll update the page with regular photos of my progress. Thanks everyone!
