Story
Hazel loved to Dance and it was the driving inspiration of her life, from a young age, her training at the Loretta School of Dance in Ballet, Ballroom, Greek, National, Tap, singing and playing the piano.
Her career started working in pantomime "Jack and the Beanstalk" in Blackpool, "Royal Command Performance" London Palladium and the Royal Opera House Blackpool. Performing in Bingley Hall Birmingham Circus as a trapeze artist and horse back riding to performing in "The Half Past Eight Show" in Scotland. Her career took her from England to Italy where she performed all over in Theatre shows and films at Cinecitta Film Studios Rome.
Nothing could have meant more to her than helping dancers in difficulty through injury or other circumstances. And it is a way of passing on her love for life and others drawn to the joy of dance that we dedicate this page to her name.
For those friends who cannot join us on you might like to make a donation in Hazel's memory to the Dance Professionals Fund. An organisation that kindly awarded Hazel a grant to purchase her mobility scooter.
