The Cedar House Support Group

The Cedar House Support Group is a charity helping mothers experiencing postnatal depression. We provide a supportive environment for women to discuss their feelings. This aids recovery by normalising feelings and reducing the isolation that PND can bring. We operate in both Surrey and London.

Charity Registration No. 1105686

I am hosting a dance class in order to raise money for a charity that is very close to my heart – The Cedar House Support Group.

Since the birth of my son, I have suffered from Post Natal Depression. I am still on the road to recovery but I firmly believe I wouldn’t be where I am today if it wasn’t for the help and support of this charity. The group in Clapham that I attended provided a safe and supportive environment where mothers could get together who may be feeling similar to themselves. PND is a very debilitating illness and comes at a time when a woman is supposedly meant to be happy and content, not depressed and anxious. The group changed my life and allowed me to enjoy being a mum. It’s now time for me to give something back!

So here are the details for the 'Tone N Twerk' class:

Sunday 25th January from 2.30pm – 3.30pm  at:

Soho Gyms Clapham,

95-97 Clapham High Street,

Please click on the link below to watch the instructor in action!

The class will be £12 per person and I would be grateful if you would pay for this advance so I can keep track of numbers, thank you.

The instructor of Tone N Twerk has very kindly donated her time for free to run this class and Soho Gyms have let me hire the studio for free!
