Story

As most of you know, I am yet to pass my driving test and during this crazy time, Bradley is the only person allowed to help me out with lifts to and from work. However because he is also a key worker, inevitably some of our days clash meaning I cannot get to work. So, I have borrowed an electric bike from work and starting Monday, 13th I will be riding 12miles to and from work once a week. On Thursday me and Bradley collected the bike from work and I rode it home with Bradley following me as a practise run. It took me 45 minutes and surprisingly I enjoyed it.

Whilst riding home, I thought why not use this opportunity to help raise money for an amazing charity.

This year will be my fourth year working at Botton Village for Camphill Village Trust and over the years I have met some amazing people who have truly inspired me.

I believe being a Support Worker isn’t just about providing day to day support, it’s also supporting them to live a life full of opportunities and experiences. My job is so rewarding and I feel proud knowing that I can make such a difference.

So that is why I am asking you to sponsor me to ride to and from work once a week for 3 weeks. 65 miles for our 65th anniversary!

I know this is a time of uncertainty for everyone but every little can make a difference ♥️
