As most of you know, we sadly lost our hero, our papa Joe in April 2020. This completely broke our hearts as a family, but together we vowed to stick together and do what we can in dads memory to help those who helped so much in dads final months/weeks and days. The amazing nurses and staff at Wigan and Leigh hospice went above and beyond to make sure dad was comfortable in his final moments, and not just for dad but for us, his daughters too. 

As we all know Covid-19 has put a stop to alot of events and places like the hospice rely heavily on fundraising to make sure patients and their families are so well cared for in the most difficult of times.

With this in mind Me, Michelle and Rebecca have decided to do a walk to try and raise some of those vital funds. We will collectively be walking 1083 miles in 13 weeks that is the equivalent of walking from John O groats to lands end(we are being COVID safe so it’s a virtual event) you will see our progress on a virtual map!

We have decided it would be fitting as this is in memory of Dad, that we will complete this challenge by 20th May 2021. This would have been dad's 66th birthday (he would kill us for sharing that haha) Which is why we have chosen to try and raise £660 in his honour. 

Any donation, no matter how big or small will mean the world to us and make a massive difference for Wigan and Leigh Hospice.
