I’m so excited to be running the London Marathon 2024 for St John Ambulance! 💚🖤🩺🩹🩸

St John Ambulance step forward in moments that matter more than we realise. They save lives and keep communities safe, especially at events and supporting the ambulance services. St John Ambulance provide first aid supplies for millions of people and workplace training (which I have undertaken and is invaluable!). 

The money raised can go towards vital hours of first aid training and guides for the community. This training will not only be for volunteers but school children & young people. Also, it will pay for auto external defibrillator which is vital to the resuscitation process following a heart attack. 

I’m so happy to be running for a charity which I have experienced in different ways! I attended some volunteering sessions when I was in my teens, given medical attention by their volunteers when I ran the London Landmarks Marathon and completed their workplace training & defibrillator training. They are a warm and caring charity where nothing is too much :).
