Sadly last November my Nan passed away very suddenly to cancer. She was a huge part of my life and always encouraged me to be the best I could be and do exactly what I wanted in life. 

As tough as these past months have been thankfully Saint Francis Hospice has been there every single step of the way, they provided nan with the best care we could ever of wished for in her final days and the support that myself and my family have received in the past 5 months has been incredible. 

So in May I will be putting on my running shoes and completing the 10k in loving memory of my amazing nan but also as a HUGE thank you to Saint Francis Hospice.
