During these extraordinary times it might be challenging for young people to engage with learning and positive activity at home, this might also be an additional strain on some parents, adults and carers at home.

I am offering individual personal dance and creative choreography videos for families. I will send private videos catering for different needs and requests if you so wish.

During regular times I am a freelance dance artist who teaches inclusive classes for adults and children. I also deliver dance in local care homes in Perthshire and teach a range of Dance Health programs. I am passionate about dance and enjoy seeing happy smiles on my dancers. I miss my students and the positivity dance classes bring. I want to help rekindle that connection for all of us, while supporting a charity in my local area that is close to my heart.
