Mind is a charity close to my heart, with the increase of people suffering with their Mental health it is important to me to support a charity that cares.  Because of Mind, millions of people have access to the advice and support they need thanks to the information and services nationally and locally, in England and Wales. We all know someone who has suffered with their mental health, this is my opportunity to give back and help where I can.
