This Spring/Summer, hundreds of members of Sky's Consumer Group will be taking part in a variety of challenges to get active as part of Miles for Mind - a moment for all of us to reflect on the importance of supporting one another, and to raise money for Mind, a charity that seeks to provide support, advice, and community for those with mental health issues. These activities will include a 15km walk from our offices in Osterley during Mental Health Awareness Week and a 54 mile cycle from London to Brighton on Sunday 15th June. A £20 donation could help Mind's Infoline answer calls, giving people vital support. £50 could help Mind campaign for better mental health services from the Government, ensuring that people get the support they need, as soon as they need it. £100 could pay the cost of one of Mind's Infoline or Legal Line advisors for a whole day.
