So, after years of talking about it,  I am actually doing it! 

I will be throwing myself out of a PLANE! YES A PLANE, in the hope that we can raise money and awareness of Town Break and the fantastic work they do to support people living with dementia (PLwD). They support people throughout the Council areas of Stirling and Falkirk and offer various group and 1-2-1 support settings.
