Belfast City Marathon 2009 · 4 May 2009 ·

The Charity is run by a group of Crystal Palace supporters who raise funds to hire a box each season at Selhurst Park to enable children with special needs and their carers to watch Crystal Palace matches in a safe environment. We also organise an annual Christmas party for around 120 children.

Story

I'll be negotiating public transport and over night buses to run my 5th marathon in Belfast on 4 May. I am running for the CP-FRIS Disabled Children's Club.

The charity is run by a small Group of long suffering Crystal Palace supporters and raises money to provide an executive box for disabled children to watch football in safe and secure surroundings.

In anticipation of the obvious question - why would you want to inflict a Palace match on anyone?! - the charity is valued very highly by the deserving children who benefit, so please, please support it.

Thank you. Glad All Over.
