Over 150,000 of us in the UK have MS. It’s unpredictable and different for everyone. But it doesn’t have to be this way. We’re the MS Society. We understand what life’s like with MS. We're here for you through the highs, lows and everything in between. Together, we are strong enough to stop MS.

UPDATE 24/04/2022

My fundraising is complete, THANKS to every single person who donated. I have just over 12 weeks of training, before setting off. I have had so many messages of support, again, thanks for this, it really has been appreciated. Big Love, Dan

UPDATE   19/04/2022

I'm now going it alone! Originally when signing up there was a small group of us going... one by one they've cancelled for various reasons...
This means I will rely on my own mental strength to keep going, and virtual support. Thanks again for everyone who has supported so far,  I'm at 92% of my target and training is going well.
I'm now nervous doing it alone, but once on the road I'm sure I will get to know others around me... cyclists are actually friendly despite what car drivers think :)

UPDATE

As many of you will know my charity ride has now been moved to July 2022 due to Covid. That being said I'm still a little off my target and need help getting there. Any help would much be appreciated

After many years of being haunted by this disease it continues to haunt close friends of mine. If you have ever known anyone to have this, you know the effect but if you have never come across this the disease it causes immense fatigue, difficulty walking, vision issues, bladder issues and much more... making normal living impossible. I have seen this disease first hand riddle a family with distress and yet after many years there is still no cure.

I did some fund raising for this charity in 2019, completing London to Brighton which was challenging but didn't push me to my limit. This I feel will. Any donations will be appreciated , and whilst I know times are hard with the year of 2020 being a difficult time for everyone, please work with me to help fund this charity to get one step closer to a cure.

You may not have funds available, but an option you could consider is selling an unwanted item (perhaps from Christmas!) on Ebay or such like and then the proceeds could be your donation? If you aren't Ebay savvy, I can help! Inbox me!

Cash donations will be accepted, If you find this easier

If you would like to join our team on this ride, Again inbox me! The more the merrier, as this means more funds for a charity of your choice.

I have no doubt I will remember this ride for the rest of my life, with the memories we will make along the way.

Thanks again,

Kind Regards, Dan
