Hey everybody,

I am giving up alcohol for a month in order to raise money for a fantastic charity called Headway - an organisation that supports victims of brain injuries and provides support to their carers and families.

I lost my brother and best friend Steven Moore to a drunk-driver nearly four years ago. The impact this has had on me, my family and my friends has been devastating. Four years on and the pain has still not gone away and probably never will.
