In memory of my beautiful Mum, Julie.

UPDATE: Thank you to everyone who has supported us so far for the half marathon - Maria & I proudly completed the run in the Bournemouth sun on the 9th, official time 2:20:30. Sadly, the very next morning we lost Julie after her 6 month battle with pancreatic cancer.

We will be celebrating her life on the 28th October, and as per Julie's wishes we will continue to collect donations for Macmillan Caring Locally, the local care unit who were fantastic in supporting Julie throughout this difficult time. This way we hope that the Macmillan Caring Locally team can continue to help others in similar situations.

On the 9th October 2022, Danny and Maria will be running the Bournemouth Half-Marathon to raise funds for Macmillan Caring Locally. The charity is close to our hearts since they have been caring for Danny's Mum since April, so we are delighted to be able to do something in return for the charity by raising some money for them.
