Hello all,

On March 15th, 2020 I shall be undertaking the Liverpool half marathon. For those who know me well I'm sure you're as surprised as I was in my decision to participate in the half marathon. 

With a handful of charities close to my heart I have decided to run for two in particular. The American Autoimmune Association and The Butterfly Thyroid Cancer Trust. This page will be dedicated to raising money for The American Autoimmune Association. 

A good friend of mine recently told me that he is currently suffering from a case of AutoImmunue disease and has to undergo an operation in the summer of 2019.
