On Sunday May 14th, I'll be running the Rob Burrow Leeds Marathon to raise funds for Riverside Riding for the Disabled (RDA) in Bingley. 

I swore I'd never attempt another marathon after my last one in 2015, but the team at Riverside RDA do such an amazing job with limited resources, and every penny raised helps them provide life-changing experiences for disabled children and adults.

Thanks to the generosity of my employer, the Morrisons Foundation will also match all donations - doubling the benefits to RDA.

RDA is the only major UK charity who focus on the therapeutic and health benefits of bringing people and horses together, creating positive impacts for all involved.

For many participants, RDA activity is their main way of accessing physical exercise, generating positive, long-term impacts on confidence levels, relationship building, communication skills and physical ability.
