The Gherkin, an icon of the nation's Capital's skyline, is playing host to hundreds of people willing to face the challenge of scaling it's 1037 steps. 

At 180m tall, and with 41 floors, The Gherkin is the second tallest building in the City of London. There is a lift to the top, but that isn't an option.
