Last summer my Girlfriend Sharon and her family suffered the heartbreak of losing her baby nephew Kayden to Meningitis aged just 1 year old. Over the next 2 months I will be running both the London (April) and Edinburgh (May) marathons in the memory of Kayden and to raise money for the Meningitis Research Foundation.

I have been training most days for the last couple of months to try and achieve a target of running under 3 hours for both marathons. I am luckily enough to have gained my own place in both races so I have no fundraising targets, so any donations and best wishes however big or small would mean a lot to both me and Kayden's family.
