We have decided to run the VIRGIN LONDON MARATHON on 13th APRIL 2014 for the #rememberryan fund for Meningitis Research Foundation.

We are so very keen to continue to raise money for Meningitis Research Foundation to support the introduction of the meningococcal group B (MenB) vaccine after the Joint Committee on Vaccination and Immunisation (JCVI) said it wasn't cost effective in July 2013.

The #rememberryan fund raises money in memory of Danny's brother Ryan who was cruelly taken by Meningitis on January 6th 2012. Danny also lost his youngest brother Joe to Meningitis in 1992 when Joe was only 7 weeks old. 

Danny, his family and Ryan's friends have continued to raise money to support such an incredibly worthy cause and we will do our very best to   complete the 26 miles and 385 yards in April 2014.

We are both teachers at AYLSHAM HIGH SCHOOL and we're hoping our clever students will support us with lots of ideas for fundraising! We would be more than happy to hear everyone elses thoughts too!
