Hi all,

After weeks and months training in the pub it is now under a week until the Manchester Bupa 10k. Training hasnt exactly gone as planned so it is looking like a gruelling run / walk / crawl so I could do with all the motivation I can get. Please could I kindly ask you therefore to donate as much as you are happy with in order to spur me on. All contributions are well appreciated.

I know a few are running yourself next Sunday so I look forward to seeing you there.
