Virgin London Marathon 2015 · 26 April 2015 ·

The Sir Simon Milton Foundation has been set up with one overriding aim – to continue delivering Simon’s vision of a caring city that offers opportunity for all.

Story

Despite reckoning that running 26 and a bit miles is for the clinically insane, this year I have decided to run the London Marathon on 26th April. London is my hometown and the greatest Marathon in the world.

It will be my first marathon (at the age of 43) and I am aiming to complete all 26 and a bit miles in around three and a half hours.

For the last 2 years, I have been proud to be a Trustee of the Sir Simon Milton Foundation (sirsimonmiltonfoundation.com) which supports Older and Young people through fantastic projects and is the legacy of my late and much missed friend, Simon.

I am inviting friends, family and colleagues to sponsor my madness and help me raise money for the Foundation.

Thank you for reading my page. If you are able to donate to this wonderful cause, I am super grateful !

Danny
