The National Autistic Society is here to transform lives, change attitudes and create a society that works for autistic people. There is still so much to do to increase opportunities, reduce social isolation and build a brighter future for autistic people. With your help, we can make it happen.

Story

Hello!

This is my first half marathon, so I am training hard and will be especially pleased if I can finish in a good time and also give something to the National Autistic Society.

Until recently I didn't know much about Autism, and had no idea of the impact it can have on so many different aspects of life for those with the condition. But through knowing somebody with Autism, I have learned how much there is I can do to help make living with Autism much better than it might be without a proper understanding of what it means.

The National Autistic Society provides diagnosis, advice, support and education for people with Autism and their families and carers. If you would like to make a small donation to support them, it would be very gratefully received.

Many thanks

Danny
