In memory of Dan Doherty

We make a real difference by bringing education to children living in remote and marginalized communities in South Asia, giving them the chance to escape from a life of desperate poverty. We also provide much needed health care, empower women, and offer skills training for young people.

Story

I am Neil Fullbrook and my marriage to Dan Doherty was stolen by a brain tumour on March 16th 2016. Dan and I had been together for 29 years and decided to marry in 2014. One year later he was diagnosed with cancer and five months after that we lost him. I am raising funds in his memory for The Dan Doherty Memorial School, which was built after generous friends, family and colleagues raised enough to build it.

Any funds raised will go directly to paying the teacher's salary and essential running of the school.

Many thanks for taking an interest, even if you can donate a small amount, that small amount will lead to big things locally in rural Nepal.
