Story

Football Beyond Borders (FBB) is a youth football charity that supports young people from disadvantaged backgrounds who are passionate about football but disengaged at school. Their aim is to use the power of football to help them finish school with the skills and grades to make a successful transition into adulthood.

The FBB 2020 Challenge aims to raise £20,000 to help support the delivery of the FBB Virtual School. The funds would super-charge the great work that’s already been achieved over the past few months, having reacted fast to adapt its delivery model, FBB has so far held 642 one on one calls with young people, 897 parent calls and 198 virtual group sessions.

The challenge is simple, collectively the FBB Fam are attempting to run 20,000km and raise £20,000 before what would have been the end of Euro 2020, the 12th of July. Dark Horses and London Gorillas have teamed up to run and cycle 1000km and raise at least £1000.
