The 2.6 Challenge is a simple and fun way for everyone to do their bit to help save the UKs charities.

Story

Save the UK's Charities! Charities have been hit very hard by the COVID-19 pandemic. Thousands of fundraising events have been cancelled and many charities, particularly smaller ones, are struggling to maintain services because of this huge reduction in income.

I've decided to support CHIPS, one of the charities I work for, because I am so proud of the work they do to tackle knife crime in Brixton and to build peace in Ghana. They are also doing amazing things on the frontline right now to support vulnerable families and young people in Lambeth through this crisis!

I need to get more exercise right now, so I'm going to run 2.6km round my neighbourhood and park. It just seems appropriate to do it in my pyjamas while carrying toilet roll, to remind me of this weird experience of lockdown!
