Your mental health is just as important as your physical health. Set yourself a goal and take on the LRF March challenge. Not only are you looking after your mental health, but also helping raise funds to support others.

Story

For nearly two years I have done a lot of soul searching and have re-discovered myself. Now (this year) I want to focus on my fitness.

I will be running everyday for 31 days with my boys (and wife who will dip in and out) for chairty. A charity close to my heart.

Put your hand in and help someone out of the dark and TALK - Lets run of depression.
