Outhouse East offers support and information to the LGBTQ+ community in Essex. Their mission is to develop and promote a sustainable, fair and equal society where all LGBTQ+ people can achieve their full potential.

I have been lucky enough to work with Outhouse East as a trainee counsellor. They are an amazing team of people doing much needed work. 

This year I turned 50. I thought I'd mark this milestone by setting myself a big personal challenge and at the same time raise money for a charity that has helped me and so many others.
