Here I am again trying to complete the London ride 100.  After completing last year I have since had another minor knee operation so this year will be my last one.  I have won my place via the ballot but feel we can help make a little difference to a local charity based in Ilford.  This year I will be riding for Vibrance who strive to enable people with a range of disabilities to have a greater voice and presence within their community  As a charity they provide a wide range of high quality, innovative social care and support services to more than 850 people across London and the South East.  This is a massive test of strength and ability on my bike and there is a time limit that I have to complete this ride in. If you can for the last time please try and dig deep and give what you can cause believe me when I say every penny get spent wisely and is greatly appreciated.  Tottenham Hotspurs have also kindly donated a signed pennant from the current 1st team Squad which will be given to the largest donation to this page
