The tallest meets the longest - being a Director of London's longest established Estate Agency - Prickett and Ellis - I felt that supporting the Estate Agents' Foundation / Shelter is very worthwhile.

So, I am participating in Shelter's Vertical Rush - running up 42 floors (920 steps) of Tower 42, London's tallest building - all in aid of this well deserving charity which cares for the homeless.

I have only had a few weeks to train but nonetheless I am giving it my all. Living & working in Muswell HILL, Crouch End HEIGHTS and HIGHgate has been most benefitial - plenty of hill training which will hopefully prepare me for this unusual challenge.
