In memory of our dog, Cucumber (who was a fine athlete in his time), I've decided to run the Basingstoke Half Marathon on 2nd October. I won't need a moving squirrel to spur me into action but cannot promise to match Cu's prime pace. Cu gave our family ten years of pleasure having been rescued by the Dogs Trust.
