Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
It's that time again to raise some money for a worthwhile cause. I am a bit later this year due to a bit more surgery to fix a shoulder injury.
Anna-Louise shared her story with us on International Women's Day on 8th March and inspired me to raise money to support this wonderful charity.
My cycling challenges for 2021 go like this:
- Virtual ride of Route 66 - Chicago to Los Angeles - a total of 3,666km
- Norwich Cycle swarm - 100km
- Virtual ride of La Petit Boucle - the route from the first ever Tour De France - 2428km
- 10 hour cyclathon on September 17th at the Pure Gym Cardiff - I am aiming for 200 plus km in the 10 hours
- Complete the ascent of Mount Teide in Tenerife on Saturday 20th November
- Tackle Mount Teide for a second time in December , this time with my wife Liz and to make up for not being able to do it in December 2020
- Riding over 12,000 km in total in 2021 which will be a mixture of riding out on the road or in the virtual world.
Watch out for other challenges appearing as we move through 2021 and keep an eye out for Fraser Bear!!
Please give whatever you can to help my chosen charity to continue the amazing work they do every day and help to bring life even in death.
