THE CHALLENGE

I have been working with Mayfield Nursery ( see further down for the link) during the entire covid lockdown period. It’s a good reminder to consider the mental health of all those I am involved with, family, friends, colleagues, customers and others during daily interactions. 

The last year and more has been hard for many, during this time I used the cycle to work scheme to update my bike. Combined with working flat out and cycling in my spare time that is how I got through it. I wanted to use the bike to give something back, even in a small way. I plan to cycle from Chichester in Sussex into Portsmouth, Southampton and the New Forest in Hampshire over a number of days. If you could donate anything it would be great, but this is just as much about raising awareness too. If you are unable to donate please share and inform someone about MIND and MAYFIELD. Thank you.
