There's a first time for everything...

Along with 21 of my colleagues from Hakkasan Group, we will each be completing 90 miles (145km) through running or cycling in 30 days to raise £5,000 for the Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA).

• £5 could help pay for a toy for a cat or dog being cared for at one RSPCA animal centre
• £10 could help answer a call to the RSPCA Cruelty Line and help an animal in need
• £25 could help pay to fully vaccinate a cat or dog in an RSPCA animal hospital
• £40 could help pay for five cats and dogs to be microchipped before being rehomed
• £50 could help towards the initial treatment and care of a sick or injured animal at one RSPCA animal hospital
• £65 could help pay for an injured annimal to be X-rayed at an RSPCA animal hospital
• £100 could help RSPCA Inspectors rescue animals in need
• £180 could help to feed the wild animals at one RSPCA wildlife cntre for a day
• £200 could help towards the medical treatment or surgery of a sick or injured animal at an RSPCA animal hospital
