So here is little bit about myself and why I'm trying to get the nation dancing:

I am a carer and I used help support a young lad with a brain injury, having not only seen family, friends, and loved ones really struggling with mental health.

Now this lad used to bring joy to my life every single min I work with him I don't see myself as his carer I see him as a brother/best friend, now we have been making dance videos in the car for a while now so I'm going to share them with you to show how much fun music really does bring.

We have been dancing everyday to try to improve MENTAL HEALTH.

But our main focus is on CHILDREN'S MENTAL HEALTH. This is something we feel has been overlooked and is getting worse by the day especially with lockdown
