On Sunday 18th July 2010 I'll be taking part in The Bupa Great North 10k in Sunderland to raise money for Cancer Research.

I'll be donning the rather fetching ensemble of an afro wig, tash and a Liverpool footy top with the odd exclamation of "ay ay calm down!"

Baring in mind the only running I usually do is running after the bus for work in the morning - this should be fun!
