Thank you for visiting my Just Giving page.

My 16 year old son and I are walking from Weymouth in Dorset to Corfe Castle on the Isle of Purbeck on June 30th 2018.

This is a distance of 22 miles and will take in many hills across various terrain.

We are hoping to take no more than 8-10 hours to complete the walk.

I'm expecting this to be a huge challenge for me due to age and fitness levels. As a result I will be putting in a lot of training to ensure completion of this challenge.

We are raising money for Macmillan Cancer Support.

I'm sure every one of us has been affected by knowing someone who has battled this dreadful illness.

My own father fought and defeated it and as a result Ethan and I would like to give something back.
