As most of you will know, my favourite charity is School for Parents at Rutland House in Sneinton Dale who do an amazing job helping kiddies with Cerabal Palsy and Down Syndrome as they try to make their lives easier
These kids have smiles to light up the planet so please help me in my efforts to give that little bit more.

I'm running the Robin Hood half marathon on September 24th at the grand old age of 50 and I'm very kindly asking folk to sponsor me to raise money for the school for parents family.

I'll also be doing a raffle with some fab prizes all donated by my gorgeous wife and I along with a charity auction so hopefully I can smash my target
