Liverpool to Leeds and back cycle challenge · 26 September 2020

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

Hey folks ... decided to do something really daft so I’m going to cycle along the Leeds and Liverpool canal from Liverpool to Leeds on Sat 26th September and then come back from Leeds to Liverpool again the next day on Sunday 27th September. That’s 127 miles each way and a total of just over 250 miles in 2 days. It’s for Alzheimer’s Research which is a great cause and has personally affected the lives of some very good friends and family. Any donations no matter how small would be greatfully received.

Alzheimer’s Society is transforming the landscape of dementia forever.Until the day we find a cure, we will create a society where those affected by dementia are supported and accepted, able to live in their community without fear or prejudice.
