I’m about to embark on the third in the trilogy of Ride for Aled cycle challenges. It was scheduled for last year and was to be a ride from Munich to Rome. Then COVID came along. Thanks to amazing work getting vaccines on stream the UK is opening up again, and the 500 mile ride through Scotland from Penrith to Durness has been given the go ahead. 

Some might want to contribute to this fundraising venture as former friends and colleagues of Aled, and others might simply want to support research in Scotland into brain disorders.
