I understand that 1 in 8 men in the UK will be diagnosed with prostate cancer in their lifetime. I underwent testing at the end of 2024 which led to a positive diagnosis at the start of 2025. Following a period during which I decided which treatment option to go for, hormone treatment started in June with 4 weeks of radiotherapy undertaken during August/September.

I’m taking on the Walk 60 Miles in November challenge for PCR to change this and help make a difference to men and their families who have been affected by prostate cancer. Looking at doing a long distance walk if the situation allows.
