This will be my 4th Transaid African Cycle challenge. Originally planned for 2020 but delayed due to Covid. Despite Covid Transaid has continued to provide desperately needed support to poorest countries in sub Saharan Africa. Cycling 500 kms over 5 days mostly off road will be a challenge and to ensure readiness I will be training in the months ahead of the challenge covering more than a 1500 kms to make sure I am Malawi ready.
